About Full Cycle
Full Cycle is a nonprofit program serving young people ages 23 and under in need of stable housing an other vital community resources in the Twin Cities.
Mission
To provide homeless and at-risk youth with access to free and healthy transportation, employment opportunities, and connections to other essential resources.
Full Cycle teaches young people the importance of biking and recycling, and provides them with the time and space they need to take a break from the stresses of street life. Full Cycle gives youth the opportunity to learn, create and have fun.
Services
- Free Bike Program: Youth have the opportunity build a custom bike with donated parts.
- Internship Program: Youth may apply for a paid internship focused on bike repair and basic business skills.
- Outreach: A youth outreach worker builds relationships with homeless youth in a non-clinical environment, helping to connect them to appropriate resources.
- Bike Shop: Full Cycle provides quality and affordable used bikes and repair services. The shop also recycles bikes that are no longer usable for a $10 fee. Tires and tubes may also be recycled at the shop for no charge.
