Bringing Health to Life Level I
Offers an opportunity for individuals to develop a personal understanding of the HealthRealization/3 Principles Philosophy. Through this understanding people report experiencing greater impact and ease with their clients, families, students and co-workers. They are able to maintain their own sense of well-being and access the health in others. The model will offer ways in which people can stay clear and grounded and better navigate through their challenges, creating the lives they desire and assist others.

Bringing Health to Life Level II
Designed for individuals and organizations who are interested in deepening their personal understanding, developing application skills and articulating and using Health Realization/Three Principles Model, resulting in systemic change and raising their level of overall health.

Choices: Choosing to be Grounded in Chaotic Times
Provides an opportunity for reflection and will expand participants' understanding of how to ground themselves and others.  People will gain insight into how chaos ushers in a higher order and brings in unexpected and creative responses. By reflecting on how to move through chaos, people can identify ways to stay grounded and hold a higher feeling to influence their outcomes. Participants will explore the concepts of innate health so they can reclaim and rediscover their health. Ways to clear and avoid fear and heavy heartedness along with ways of self-care will be presented.

Understanding Personal Energy and Ways of Quieting the Static in the Attic
Helpful for individuals working in direct service or interfacing with challenging people and situations frequently.  Many people innocently drain their energy or have many energy vampires they interface with.  This class is designed for people to discover and experience ways of quieting down through experiential learning. They will understand the importance of the mind body connection and some of the science to validate its importance to overall health and well being, thus making self -care a priority.

Stress! You Can Live Without it
Designed to help people see that yes, there are things going on in our lives, but the degree to which we feel stressed about it is connected to our inside-out nature of experience.  We will playfully look at some of the myths about stress and reframe them with helpful perspectives.  Exploration of the connection stress has with our physical health and relationships will help people make choices to develop new ways to operate. Examining whether past ideas are in alignment with present understanding can facilitate new ideas to eliminate verses manage much of our stress and burnout. Participants will learn and share techniques for self-care.

Safety from the Inside Out
Understanding the relationship between a person’s state of mind and safety can save people and organizations from unnecessary injuries and costly experiences.  Having information alone is not enough to keep us safe.  Many times people are unable to access their information when their state of mind is off resulting in unsafe or poor decisions.  As people learn how their state of mind impacts their decisions and actions they self monitor themselves. They operate in higher functioning states accessing their knowledge along with common sense and wisdom and create safer environments for themselves and others.

Getting Over Being Overwhelmed
Explores why some people are overwhelmed with little to do while other people with much more on their plate can operate with great efficiency and productivity. Whether they are multi-taskers or not, participants will understand habits that get in their way so they can implement more useful ways of operating.

Common Sense and Nonsense
Understanding the origins of common sense and nonsense allows people a framework to create higher functioning behaviors and results.  When people identify their emotions, moods and their level of understanding as a guidance system, they can navigate life’s terrain with greater ease. As they operate in their common sense verses nonsense they create less mess and yield higher outcomes in their everyday life or personal pursuits.

Parenting with a Calm Perspective I
It may sound easier said than done.  Approaching parenting from a calm perspective is less stressful, requires less energy and effort, and produces better results.  Parents will become more aware of when their mind is taking them in non-productive directions as well as strategies to get them back to clear thinking.  When they notice and calm their thinking, common sense, wisdom and creativity are more accessible.  We will also address the impact of moods, both theirs and their children’s, and discuss how to parent through them.

Parenting with a Calm Perspective II
Parents will deepen their understanding so they can more consistently parent from a grounded, secure and pleasant state of mind.  Topics will include: understanding and working with separate realities, reducing conflict, innate health and limit setting, honoring your space, dealing with difficult behaviors, and ways of quieting down. This understanding assists parents with their children, but also with their partners, extended family, coworkers and other care providers.

Cool Calm Kids
When we learn how our thinking can both help and hurt us, we are better able to keep perspective and remain less stressed.  In this class, children will be involved in activities and discussions that help them understand how to access their wisdom, creativity and their common sense vs. their nonsense. They will learn how to notice when their thinking is taking them in non-productive directions and find strategies to get them back to clear thinking. This class is active and fun and has been very helpful.

Inner Technology for Teens
It's easy to get overwhelmed by all the expectations and "to do's" alone, but many teens also add habits such as: worry, stress, perfectionism, comparison, and feel anxious over test taking, competition, performance, homework, popularity and more.  These habits can be all consuming leading to unhappiness and stress in teens.  Here's a chance for teens to connect with their core health and think about thinking, how it helps and hurts them.  This course helps teens to feel empowered in their life, and reclaim their health. They learn about moods and how to not let them ruin their day.  They will leave with an understanding of their inner technology and strategies to “chill” when their mind is spinning, their stress is high, or their mood is falling.

Clearing the Static in the Attic and Tapping Resilience
All people have the capacity to operate with resilience. Current worries and concerns, old or negative beliefs, along with very full plates can make it difficult to access resilience. This course will help participants clear the static in the attic, see their self limiting patterns and tap the reservoir of resilience so they can meet their experiences with more ease and create greater impact.
